City of Ashes is a new full length contemporary dance work marking the advent of the AIDS crisis in New York City. A multi-disciplinary collaboration with composers David Friend, Bill Solomon, and John P. Hastings with lighting designer Mike Riggs, the piece evokes the magnitude of human loss and the strength of a community determined to survive.
